The food was delicsious, the mashed potato was amazing and steak was on spot, Really nice and cozy place, however; I wish their menu had more detail about foods or waiters spend more time to explain, when I ordered my food, and saw other plates, I wish I would able to try other options. One last thing the ice cream they have is one of the best ice cream I had, make sure get that so great.

Best steak I've ever had. It was so juicy and tender. You barely needed a knife to cut the filet mignon.

Awesome steakhouse, took my team to this place for a holiday dinner and the food was incredible. They don't have. Full bar but that's a minor inconvenience, the beers are delicious especially the Italian IPA.

The steak was amazing. The service was pretty good. The waiter knew his stuff, but there was a few times we had to ask for water. The ricotta gnocchi was fantastic. Overall this is a great steak house that you should definitely give a try. Make sure you have reservations because it gets busy.

Providence is what I would call the standard of excellency. The food is vibrant yet rich. Simple yet sophisticated. Classic yet innovative. Dining here is not all about food, it is about the experience, the message that the team is trying to convey, while keeing the rule of putting customer satisfaction foremost. Excellent technoque on handling local seafood and poultry. Excellent usage of sauce. We would definitely reccomend people with less course tasting experience to try the seasonal menu. However, if you are ready for the full experience, definitely order the Chef menu. It would be the best 3 hours of dining experience you ever had.

I can tell you everything was so tasty. We ate for a very long time. They don't rush you and the staff are so thoughtful.

Only had a prix fix Valentine's Day supper. It had been wonderful. Somewhat costly but we knew that going in. Beautiful candlit atmosphere. Valet parking curbside. Friendly wait staff and not too dumb.

This is my "Must Have Dinner" place to go every time I'm in LA. If you want to delight your self with the best Argentine Food you can ever find in California you Must Try Carlitos Gardel. Their cuisine reminds me so much like home... specially the raviolis. You should also try their Dulce Deleche ice cream, you'll never find one like this one in California.

The staff was very nice. Carlitos Gardel Restaurant has delicious food and servers refilled whatever we finished. We ordered the Korean pork belly as we were waiting for the Argentinean meats. They cooked the pork belly for us and brought out white rice. The pork belly was super thick and delicious.

Horrible customer service. My husband and I just left here because FYI if you do not have a reservation they treat you like gum at the bottom of their shoes. It was our first and last time coming to this place. Too bad that we didnt get to taste the food because the host had such bad customer service.

Prescience, quality and service.

The steak was amazing, far exceeding my expectations. I got the herded butter on top which added a perfect amount of flavor, along with horseradish cream which was a perfect pairing with the steak. I Love it!
